we have been exploring different options over the last few weeks, but haven’t secured new premises. our last day in battersea reach will be friday 31 october and we are not in a position to reopen in a new location at the moment. 

yue float has been a huge part of my life for the past eight years and i'm planning to take a bit of time and reflect and work out what is best for myself and the business. it's a sad and emotional decision to make, but i'm excited for the next chapter.

 Refunds

please email contact@yuefloat.com to request refunds for unused treatment credits. we are unable to refund expired credits or expired credits which have been extended. we aim to get through and process as fast as possible and may get back to you to process your refund by bank transfer.
