cancellation period
our current cancellation period is 24 hours notice, this is being reduced to 4 hours to give you more flexibility with the fast changing demands of life in london.
extending credits
if you are unable to use any credits before their expiry, please contact us to extend these credits. credits can be extended for a fee of £5 for each month extended.
