cancellations

online bookings can be made up to an hours prior to a session start time. we will confirm your booking by email and will send you an email reminder the day before your treatment at yue float.

if you wish to reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice otherwise you may still be charged for the session. you can reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours through your bsport account on our website or app by cancelling the appointment. the credit will then go back onto your account available to book in another time.

you can also email hey@yuefloat.com if you wish to rearrange your appointment. we will try and accommodate your requests to reschedule bookings where possible. if you are unwell and unable to do the treatment please do not come in for your session, we will try and reschedule your appointment where possible.

 
 

late arrivals

please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. you will need to sign on arrival waiver before your first treatment. we will give you a quick introduction to the treatment and try and set up everything exactly how you want.

please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. we can try and accommodate as much as possible, the more notice we have the easier this is. if you are late arriving for a float session we may try to contact you and if you are more than 15 minutes late for your float you may be unable to float at that time and and may not be able to reschedule or qualify for a refund.

 
 

privacy

by using our site, you consent to our privacy policy. any changes to our privacy policy will be reflected on updates of this page. we do not collect or see visitors’ ip addresses or other personal data and do not use non essential cookies.

our bookings and payments are processed and managed by bsport & stripe who have their own privacy and security policy. yue float is pci dss compliant and does not store any confidential customer card data.

we collect information from you when you register through our bsport widget, book a treatment, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. when registering, booking or filling in a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name and e-mail address and also your date of birth, mailing address or phone number, as appropriate. however, you have the choice to visit and browse our site anonymously. if you subscribe to our newsletter, you have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

 
 

refunds

unless specifically stated otherwise all treatment credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase. if you would like to extend your credits please give us as much notice as possible.

if you purchase a treatment credit and then cancel the appointment within the 24 hour cancellation period the treatment credit will automatically go back onto your account available to be booked in for another time and date.

waivers

i confirm that:

  • i understand the treatment that I have chosen and the benefits and risks that it entails,

  • i am fit and healthy and able to have my treatment at the chosen date and time,

  • i am familiar with the treatment waiver that i will have to sign before my first treatment (if i have not done so already),

  • i i do not agree to sign the arrival waiver, i will be unable to undertake my treatment and may not be able to reschedule or qualify for a refund,

  • i am familiar with the yue float cancellations, late arrivals, privacy & etiquette policies,

  • i must contact yue float by phone or email with a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule my booking,

  • if i arrive late my treatment time may be reduced or i may be unable to do the treatment.
