the booking tool on the website is not working, how do i book in?

you can also book via our iOS app & Android app. please email us if you have any issues and we can book you in via email or over the phone.

how do i book multiple appointments?

the easiest is to contact us and we can book the credits in for specific dates and times.

alternatively you can purchase the relevant credits and then book each treatment in one by one on the booking calendar. we have two float pods, two infrared saunas, one massage chair and one ajna light. you can combine multiple treatments in one visit. the booking calendars allow you to view availability for each of our treatments separately and book in sessions using sessions active on your account.

which is the best order to do the treatments?

different people prefer different combinations. we recommend doing the sauna before a float and some people prefer to do sauna and float on separate days rather than doing back to back. the massage chair and ajna light can be done right at the start or at the end. we recommend to do sports massage before infrared sauna.

can two people go in the same sauna?

yes, although we still charge for two sessions. if you would like to use the same sauna, please purchase the relevant sessions so that we will have everything set up for both of you when you arrive.

can two people go in the same float pod?

our float pods are just for individual use.

can i buy a session for someone else?

yes, all credits can be shared except for 3 for 2 intro deals. you can book someone else in under your name.

alternatively you can purchase a giftcard.

can i share my credits?

yes, all multipack credits can be shared except for 3 for 2 introductory deals.

how long do credits last for?

credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

can i reschedule?

yes, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment with at least 24 hours notice. if you cancel through the app or website, your credit will return onto your account to be booked in for another date or time. alternatively, email us to rearrange your appointment. if you are unwell and unable to do the treatment please do not come in for your session, please let us know with as much notice as possible and we will try and reschedule your appointment where possible.

can i get a refund?

if you cancel through the app or website, your credit will return onto your account to be booked in for another date or time. please email us if you would like to request a refund.

how do i use a promo code?

promo codes can be applied at the checkout having added your treatment credits to the cart.

how far in advance do online bookings close?

you can book appointments online or via our app up to 1 hour before the specified treatment start time. please get in touch to check if we have any last minute availability.

i have a disability, can i use the treatments?

we want everyone to use the treatments at yue float, however, ensuring that you are safe while using the treatments is our priority. if you have a disability or any medical condition we advise you to first check with your doctor about the treatment.

i’m pregnant, can i use the treatments?

pregnant women can derive real benefits from the experience as a result of the reduced gravitational pull on the body when floating. we do however recommend that you talk to your doctor before floating.

we do not allow floating during the first trimester and after 2 weeks before your due date.

it it is not recommended to use the massage chair while pregnant, the same with the infrared sauna.

as well as the float, the ajna light would be a recommendation to do while pregnant.

is yue float wheelchair accessible?

yes, please email us before hand so we can arrange suitable preparations for your visit.

can children use the treatments?

it is possible for children to use the treatments with parent supervision (age and situation dependent) please drop us an email to enquire.

where are you based?

we are based in battersea reach development, next to wandsworth roundabout on the southside of wandsworth bridge. wandsworth town and clapham junction stations are nearby. more info

do you have parking?

yes, there is parking in the basement on the left hand side as soon as you enter battersea reach off york road. please see our contact page for more info

should i do anything to prepare for my session?

check the waivers beforehand, avoid caffeine and heavy meal, avoid shaving before float, give yourself plenty of time so you are not rushing.

what do i need to bring?

don’t need to bring anything. provide towels, shampoo, showergel conditioner, water, hairdryers. only thing is if you wear contact lenses to bring a case if you are doing float or sauna. or a swim cap if you want to bring one for the float.

what time should i arrive for my treatment?

if it’s your first time please try to aim to arrive around 5 minutes before your appointment time. please try and arrive promptly otherwise your treatment time may be reduced. there is slightly more flexibility with the massage chair, ajna light and infrared saunas in terms of arriving slightly late or coming a bit earlier, but our float sessions have to run close to the specified appointment start time. if you are more than 15 minutes late for your float you may be unable to float at that time.

what if i’m going to be late?

please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. we can try and accommodate as much as possible, the more notice we have the easier this is. if you are late arriving for a float session we may try to contact you and if you are more than 15 minutes late for your float you may be unable to float at that time.

what happens when i arrive?

upon arriving for the first time, there will be a treatment waiver to sign if you have not already completed it, you change into some sliders and will be given a short introduction to the treatment(s).
