the treatments are recommended to be done over different days. having purchased the package you can email us or use our booking calendar to book in. emotional release bodywork sessions are available certain saturdays each month. float sessions are available seven days a week. we recommend to book in the 2 floats a week apart a week after your emotional release bodywork session.

wear comfortable clothing for the bodywork. for the float session, you have your own private room with a shower inside so we recommend to float nude, you can of course wear swimwear if you prefer.
